- Accommodation in Ladakh: Ladakh has one of the most challenging terrains in India, and the weather is often harsh and unpredictable. The hotels here are more basic compared to other parts of the country, though the warm hospitality of the Ladakhi people compensates for the simpler accommodations.
- Medical Consultation: It is recommended to consult a physician before embarking on the tour. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the trip.
- Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure situations (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances), FullOnTravel reserves the right to reschedule tours and treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety of clients and staff.

- For cancellations 45 and more days prior to the departure date, 25% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- For cancellations 31 to 44 days prior to the departure date, 35% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- For cancellations 15 to 30 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- For cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
