FullOnTravel is a marketplace where primarily local suppliers/vendors upload content. To maintain a fair and consistent experience for all stakeholders, we have established in-house rules. These rules are designed to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure that all content aligns with the terms and conditions set forth herein. They also safeguard against unauthorized use of content branded under FullOnTravel in any form.
Visitors to our website may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, or upload any content without prior written consent from the company. You are permitted to download items from the website for personal, non-commercial use, provided all copyright and other notices remain intact.
For the purposes of this policy, any reference to FullOnTravel, "us," or "the company" refers to FullOnTravel Pvt Ltd. References to "content" include text, images, videos, presentation slides, or any other media.
For Local Guides/Vendors/Tour Suppliers/FullOnTravel Partners:
- Upload Unique Content: All uploaded content must be 100% original and not copied from any digital or physical source. If the same itinerary is displayed on your website, you must provide proof of ownership and rewrite the content to differentiate its structure. FullOnTravel can provide assistance with rewriting if necessary.
- Ownership of Experiences/Tours: You must conduct the experiences or tours you upload. Outsourcing or assigning them to a third party is not permitted. By uploading an experience, you agree to conduct the entire tour yourself.
- Media Ownership: You must own full rights to any media (videos, pictures, marketing material, etc.) uploaded to the website. By submitting media, you grant FullOnTravel the right to use it without requiring attribution.
- Copyright Responsibility: All uploaded content must belong exclusively to you or your company. Do not use materials under a Creative Commons license or any content you do not own. Violations will result in immediate removal of the infringing tour and a permanent ban from the platform.
- Accuracy of Content: Any intentional mismatch between the media and the content describing an experience will result in removal and a ban from the platform.
- Content Exclusivity: Content uploaded on FullOnTravel should not be duplicated on other websites for at least six months after activation on our platform.
- Legal Responsibility: By uploading content, you assume full responsibility for any copyright infringement claims. While FullOnTravel conducts periodic checks, the final responsibility for compliance lies with the uploader.
For Copyright Claimants:
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please email us with:
- Details of the experience or tour in question and the specific content that infringes on your copyright.
- Evidence supporting your claim of ownership, such as registration under DMCA, a description of the material, or proof of creation.
The claim will be forwarded to the vendor, who will have up to 30 days to respond. If they fail to provide sufficient evidence of ownership, the content will be removed, and the vendor may be banned. False claims will result in legal action, including liability for damages.
Images Terms of Use:
Prohibited images include:
- Content using free or purchased components without a valid license.
- Media involving private or restricted locations or recognizable individuals without express permission.
Allowed images:
- Original works created by the uploader.
- Licensed works permitting use in commercial contexts.
General Provisions:
- FullOnTravel is not responsible for content uploaded by vendors. The uploader retains full liability for all materials.
- All uploaded content may be watermarked by FullOnTravel to prevent piracy.
- Content removal or disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram (Haryana).
- FullOnTravel reserves the right to modify or remove content at any time.
