  • For cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Cash refund is applicable only in case of bookings made by paying full amount without using any promotional offer code or vouchers. For bookings made by paying partial amount or using any promotional offer code or vouchers, refund will be provided in the form of FullOnTravel voucher valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation.
  • To cancel a trip, please email hello@fullontravel.com with your booking ID and a confirmation of your cancellation request.
